## Rules that stay true across tiers

These are product and commercial commitments, not temporary promos. If a rule changes, it changes in product and docs — not only in a launch blog post.

- Logic nodes (Condition, Randomizer, Smart Delay, Actions) stay free on every tier, including Free. That is permanent packaging, not a launch promo.
- Every displayed plan price, availability state, and product cap comes from the API catalog rather than a frontend duplicate. Only published prices can start checkout.
- Every new account starts on Free. Paid checkout begins only after an owner reviews and confirms the selected API price.
- Channel-provider fees are separate from the plan price and are not consolidated into a SocialReply invoice today.
- Support response-time commitments are not published yet. This page does not invent an SLA.

## Pricing questions operators actually ask

### Which nodes stay unlocked on the Free tier?

Condition, Randomizer, Smart Delay, and Actions stay unlocked on every tier, including Free. That is permanent packaging. AI Step may be plan-gated because inference has real cost — it is not the same product surface as core Logic.

### What happens to my bill when contact volume grows mid-cycle?

The API publishes each plan's active-contact cap. It does not publish an automatic overage rate, so this page does not promise one. Paid upgrade handling will be published when checkout launches.

### Can I change or cancel a paid plan?

Yes. Owners can move from weekly to monthly to yearly after reviewing the exact change. Billing, invoices, cancellation, and payment recovery are handled through the secure billing portal.

### Are WhatsApp templates and SMS segments billed by SocialReply?

Not today. Those charges follow the provider's own rate card and are not consolidated into a SocialReply invoice.
